All of our products offer free shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping methods. Keeping it simple keeps our prices low.
Shipping usually takes from 2-6 weeks because we ship directly from our manufactures removing all the mark up cost and passing the savings onto you.
Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
You are unhappy with your product you may return your product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. Buyer will pay for return shipping. Refund is given once the product is received.
Anything after 7 days the product is considered used and we do not issues full refunds.
If your product was delivered wrong or damaged contact customer support and we will either issue a refund or ship another product depending on the situation.
Upon successful completion of your order we automatically issue you a receipt to the email address you provided us. If you did not get your receipt, chances are it is in your spam folder or your email provider blocked the email. Please email support and we can provide you with an alternative method to obtain your receipt.
